Release 21 of the PostgreSQL Buildfarm Client introduces several new features and fixes. Build system improvements make meson detection branch-name-agnostic. Cross-version upgrade handling gains compressed pg_upgrade dump files and drops pre-v10 upgrade testing in v20+.
