It integrates with Grafana Alerting and IRM to kick off investigations when alerts fire, supports MCP server integrations for connecting external tools (GitHub, GitLab, Snowflake, LaunchDarkly, Jenkins), and can raise PRs, send Slack notifications, and schedule daily reports.
