An interactive, crank-angle-resolved thermodynamic simulator for internal combustion engines. It models the full four-stroke cycle using the first law of thermodynamics at 0.5° steps, incorporating Wiebe heat release functions (single for spark engines, dual for diesels), Woschni wall heat transfer, Chen–Flynn friction, and Livengood–Wu knock prediction. Outputs include P–V diagrams, dyno curves, IMEP/BMEP/BSFC/VE metrics, and a knock indicator. The tool is explicitly a zero-dimensional teaching and concept aid — not a replacement for 1-D/3-D CFD or physical testing.
