Cyberpunk 2077 has reached 40 million copies sold, announced by CD PROJEKT RED Joint-CEO Michał Nowakowski. The milestone comes alongside the game hitting its highest concurrent Steam player count in years, with nearly 88,000 active users. Originally released in 2020 with a troubled launch, the game has rebuilt its reputation through years of post-launch improvements.
