Kubota says hackers had month-long access to network systems
Kubota North America Corporation disclosed a data breach in which hackers had unauthorized access to its network systems for over a month, from March 16 to April 20. The breach exposed sensitive personal information of employees and their dependents, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank account details, corporate payment card information, and benefits data. Kubota began notifying affected individuals on June 30 and is offering Kroll identity protection services. No ransomware group has claimed responsibility, and the company reported no operational disruptions.
