Migrate from GitLab to GitHub with GitHub Enterprise Importer

GitHub Enterprise Importer (GEI) now supports generally available migrations from gitlab.com and GitLab Self-Managed to GitHub Enterprise Cloud. Using the gh gl2gh CLI extension, teams can perform single-repository or bulk migrations, with storage options including GitHub-owned blob storage, AWS S3, or Azure Blob. Migrations target GitHub Enterprise Cloud on github.com and ghe.com; GitHub Enterprise Server is not supported.
