A stored XSS vulnerability (CVSS 8.8) in the NEX-Forms Express WP Form Builder WordPress plugin (≤ 9.1.10) allows any unauthenticated attacker to inject raw JavaScript via array-type form fields. The plugin's AJAX handler accepts anonymous submissions, uses rest_sanitize_array() which performs no HTML stripping, and the admin entries view echoes stored values without esc_html(). When any admin views the Entries panel, the payload executes automatically, enabling session cookie theft, rogue admin creation, and full site takeover.
