CNC’d, CNC-inspired Adjustable Wrench Won’t Round Your Bolts

A maker frustrated with the slop in standard adjustable wrenches built a CNC-machined replacement that borrows the anti-backlash spring-loading mechanism found in CNC mills and 3D printers. By applying spring tension to the adjustment screw, the wrench stays tight against bolt heads, eliminating the play that causes rounding. The project went through plastic prototyping before final machining, and includes tips useful for beginner CNC operators.
