IOmap Improvement For Linux 7.3 Takes EXT4 & XFS Performance Further

Linux 7.3 merges an IOmap framework update completing its conversion to an iterator model based on a single iomap_next() callback, allowing compilers to inline calls instead of using indirect calls. This also adds a direct I/O path for small reads, addressing a bottleneck for small I/O on PCIe Gen5 NVMe SSDs. On EXT4, the change boosts single-core io_uring poll mode 4K random read performance from 1.92M to 2.19M IOPS, with fio benchmarks showing roughly 4% gains at libaio queue depth 64+, 5% for io_uring, and up to 10% for io_uring poll mode at depth 256 on both EXT4 and XFS. The IOmap update also extends to Btrfs, EXT2, EROFS, F2FS, GFS2, HPFS, FUSE, exFAT, ZoneFS, NTFS, and NTFS3.
