Nebula Matrix Network Driver Queued Ahead Of Linux 7.4

A new NBL network driver from Chinese smart NIC/DPU maker Nebula Matrix has been merged into net-next and is queued for inclusion in the upcoming Linux 7.4 kernel. The driver adds mainline support for Nebula Matrix's m18110-NIC/m18000-NIC hardware, marketed as the SNIC S1000 series, a 100GE PCIe Gen4 x16 network adapter aimed at cloud computing and HPC workloads with up to 2x100G interfaces per card. Mainline support means users get a better out-of-the-box experience and smoother kernel upgrades without relying on out-of-tree drivers.
