New Linux Patches Enable ASUS ROG Ryujin III Monitoring Support

New Linux kernel patches have been posted to the kernel mailing list to extend the existing asus_rog_ryujin hardware monitoring (HWMON) driver to support the ASUS ROG Ryujin III AIO liquid coolers. The patches, authored by Arie Miller with assistance from Codex GPT 5.6-sol AI, cover the RYUJIN III EXTREME, EVA EDITION, and WHITE EDITION variants, which use different offsets compared to earlier models. Currently the Ryujin III support is monitoring-only, whereas the Ryujin II driver also supports fan speed and duty controls. The patches are pending review on the Linux kernel mailing list.
