Redox OS Enjoys installer Improvements, Performance Enhancements

Redox OS, the Rust-based open-source operating system, has seen notable improvements in July. Key highlights include ongoing EEVDF scheduler work and CPU context switching optimizations by Redox Summer of Code developer Akshit Gaur, reducing a synthetic benchmark from ~1.15 microseconds to ~250 nanoseconds. The GUI-based OS installer has been improved with support for different install modes and image snapshot creation. Additionally, more user-space software has been ported, including uutils' grep and sed implementations, along with various kernel and driver enhancements.
