Astronomer Jason Wang has produced videos visualizing the orbits of large exoplanets by stitching together telescope images taken over many years, using motion interpolation (the same technique used in video editing and modern TVs) to fill gaps between observations. One video combines 30 images spanning 17 years, while another uses 10 Keck Observatory images spanning 12 years. The work has informed published astrophysics papers on exoplanet orbital motion.
