Delphi 13 Community Edition Is Now Available

Embarcadero has released Delphi 13 Community Edition, the free edition of its Delphi IDE, based on Delphi 13 Florence and bringing the Community Edition line forward from version 12.1. It bundles language additions (a ternary operator, NameOf intrinsic, new operators and compiler directives), a new 64-bit IDE alongside the existing 32-bit IDE, FireMonkey and VCL framework improvements, and updated Android (API level 35, Android 15 features) and iOS 18 support. Community Edition remains free for students, hobbyists, and small teams/startups earning under $5,000 annually, with a one-year license term.
