FOSDEM 2027: Bringing the M-Ecosystem Together
FOSDEM 2027 will host a new M-Ecosystem Devroom on Sunday, January 31, 2027, in Brussels, building on the MariaDB, MySQL & Friends Devroom. It covers MariaDB, MySQL, Percona Server for MySQL, Percona Server for MariaDB, VillageSQL, AliSQL and related projects, plus storage engines, connectors, proxies and tooling. Suggested topics include query optimization, replication, compatibility, security, observability and new workloads such as AI. Technical talks run about 20 minutes and must be in English. Proposals can already be submitted at pretalx.fosdem.org/fosdem-2027/cfp.
