Linux 7.3 TPM Makes Cleanup Preparations For TrenchBoot

The TPM subsystem changes merged for Linux 7.3 are primarily code clean-ups and robustness improvements to tpm_buf, laying groundwork for future TrenchBoot support rather than shipping TrenchBoot itself. TrenchBoot is a long-running open-source project, backed heavily by Oracle, aimed at Dynamic Root of Trust for Measurement (DRTM) boot security using AMD and Intel hardware security features. The kernel patches for TrenchBoot itself haven't been upstreamed yet, and this cycle's changes just make that eventual mainlining possible by exposing TPM constants and improving the early TPM driver plumbing used by SKINIT (AMD) and GETSEC[SENTER] (Intel) boot paths.
