Many Laptop & Gaming Handheld Support Improvements Coming For Linux 7.4

A range of device-specific quirks and driver fixes are queued in the x86 platform-drivers-x86 for-next branch ahead of the Linux 7.4 merge window. Improvements include tablet-mode handling for the ASUS ROG Flow X13, discrete GPU toggling fallback for ASUS ProArt laptops, battery charge threshold controls for several MSI laptops, thermal profile support for HP OMEN and Acer Nitro models, new HP Victus board support, keyboard backlight/lightbar control for TUXEDO laptops via the Uniwill driver, and handheld-specific fixes for the OneXPlayer 3 and AYANEO 2S covering battery bypass, fan curves, and charge control. The Linux 7.4 merge window opens later in the month with stable release expected around the end of December.
