This is an explanatory error page shown to visitors of Wandering Thoughts / CSpace whose browser user-agent looks suspiciously old, a heuristic used to block a surge of high-volume crawlers (some apparently scraping data for LLM training) that spoof old Chrome user agents. It explains why legitimate readers of feed readers like Inoreader and Feedly, or archive.today crawlers, may get flagged: those services sometimes fetch pages with fake old-browser user agents and mistakenly serve the error page instead of the real feed content. It also notes that Vivaldi users may need to disable User Agent Brand Masking so their browser identifies as Vivaldi rather than Chrome, and recommends archive.org over archive.today as a better-behaved archival crawler.
