The Courier Guy enhances customer engagement with Telviva

South African courier company The Courier Guy partnered with cloud communications provider Telviva to unify voice calls, e-mails and WhatsApp messages into a single contact centre view. Using Telviva Omni and Telviva One, agents can now handle multiple channels simultaneously instead of needing a dedicated WhatsApp team, which the company says more than doubled its first-contact response time and answer rate. Telviva's chief marketing officer figure Samantha Swanepoel frames this as boosting reliability and customer service quality.
