Enterprise teams model policy targeting in public preview

GitHub is rolling out a public preview of enterprise teams model policy targeting for Copilot Business and Copilot Enterprise customers. AI administrators can now set a baseline of AI models for the entire enterprise and grant additional model access to specific enterprise teams, enabling role-based or function-based control. This replaces the previous organization-level model management with a finer-grained, user-based approach using a least-restrictive evaluation strategy. Most enterprise customers will gain access to the preview opt-in on August 3rd, with the ability to roll back during the preview period.
