Windows 11 will soon let you recover your PC from the cloud, and yes, it includes the drivers
Microsoft is testing a new Cloud Rebuild feature in the Windows 11 Experimental branch that allows users to recover a non-booting PC by downloading both the Windows image and device drivers directly from Windows Update. Unlike the existing Reset This PC option, Cloud Rebuild requires no USB media or custom image and does not depend on the health of the currently installed OS. The feature is currently in public testing and is expected to reach the stable release branch in the coming months.
