Changing Nozzle Internal Geometry To Increase FDM Flowrate

An experiment by Thomas Sanladerer tests SLS-printed 3D printer nozzles with varied internal geometries, including a triple-path design, to increase FDM flowrate. Nozzles were finished on a lathe and tested on a Prusa Core One and a custom pressure rig to measure flowrate limits and print quality. The Fuge design performed best, though it was printed in MS1 tool steel, which is not an ideal material for actual nozzle use.
