Extend Lua with Zig 1: Hello World

A beginner-friendly tutorial introducing Zig to Lua developers, starting with a Hello World program and explaining Zig's syntax, comptime execution model, and build system. It compares Zig concepts like @import, comptime blocks, pub declarations, and generic functions to their Lua equivalents, then walks through writing a build.zig script that compiles and runs the program via zig build run. The post is the first in a series building toward calling custom Zig functions from Lua. Code is noted to work on Zig 0.17 and master branch.
