LineageOS 24 released
The LineageOS project has released LineageOS 24.0, an Android-based distribution for mobile devices, rebased on Android 17's codebase. The team notes they finished the rebase faster than expected thanks to prior work adapting to Google's heavy refactoring in recent Android versions, allowing an earlier-than-usual release. The announcement also looks ahead to the project's 10th anniversary on December 24, 2026.

PlugMate and PlugClaw Review – Thumb-sized Android-based private computers with optional Ubuntu/OpenClaw support
