Richard Geldreich's Blog: NNTC viewing example which uses VK

A Vulkan sample for NNTC (neural network texture compression) is now working after roughly 3000 lines of C++ code, adding support for VK_NV_cooperative_vector to perform decoding on the GPU. The same inference hardware acceleration path is now demonstrated within a Vulkan-based sample.
