SCIM user responses now include a profileUrl attribute

GitHub's SCIM user responses now include a standard profileUrl attribute, defined by RFC 7643, returning the absolute URL of the GitHub account linked to an external identity. This eliminates the need for extra lookups or inference to match SCIM records to GitHub accounts. The attribute appears on the /Users endpoint for both organization and enterprise SCIM responses, is omitted when no GitHub account is linked yet, and is documented in the SCIM OpenAPI schema. The change is additive: existing userName and other attribute values are unchanged, and no action is required for current SCIM, GraphQL, or identity management integrations.
