Toolbar overflow and visibility priority on iPhone Duo

This installment in a series on vertical bars for iPhone Duo covers how to handle toolbar overflow. By default, toolbar actions compress first and move to an overflow menu, but toolbarCompressionBehavior can be used to make the tab bar compress first instead for task-oriented apps. Developers should consolidate custom overflow menus into the new ToolbarOverflowMenu, and can control which items overflow using visibilityPriority, ideally set at the group level before individual items. The piece also covers when to opt out of vertical bars entirely (e.g. single-page, bottom-heavy layouts like Calculator) and closes with a five-step checklist for preparing an app for bars on iPhone Duo.
