ZLUDA Now Implements Some NVIDIA cuFFT APIs With hipFFT

ZLUDA, the open-source project bringing CUDA compatibility to non-NVIDIA GPUs, has added support for some core NVIDIA cuFFT APIs by translating them to AMD's hipFFT library. Contributor AmosKito1 implemented cuFFT functions that have a direct hipFFT equivalent, which was enough to get Folding@Home's Core24 and Core27 CUDA cores running on AMD hardware. Not all cuFFT APIs are supported, only those with a matching hipFFT interface. This lands in the ZLUDA 7-preview.11 release.
