Place a sheet on one side with presentationPlacement on iPhone Duo

iOS 27 introduces presentationPlacement in SwiftUI and preferredPlacement in UIKit, letting developers choose which side of the screen a sheet appears on. This matters mainly on the foldable iPhone Duo, where an open screen is wide enough for a sheet to not fill it entirely. The four placement options (.automatic, .leading, .center, .trailing) affect toolbar orientation (horizontal vs vertical controls) and interact with fold-avoidance behavior when the device is half-open. On a closed Duo or a regular iPhone, the sheet always fills the width and placement has no visible effect.
