Remediate Code Quality findings with agentic autofix

GitHub Code Quality now supports agentic autofix for bulk remediation, letting users select up to 25 standard findings on a page and assign them all to Copilot at once. Copilot fixes the issues on a branch, validates its own changes, and opens a pull request for review. This 'Assign to Copilot' flow replaces the previous single-finding 'Generate fix' option, unifying the experience for one or many findings. It follows existing enterprise Code Quality policy and consumes AI credits, and is available on GitHub Team and GitHub Enterprise Cloud, including data residency environments.
