A simpler way to run AI agents in Bitbucket Pipelines

Bitbucket Pipelines now lets workspace admins enable built-in AI agents (Pipelines troubleshooter and Flaky test fixer) directly from workspace settings, without manually configuring each repository. Pipelines also gains reusable step configurations, letting teams define shared runtime settings like image, size, caches, services and permissions once and reference them across multiple steps, reducing YAML duplication while still allowing per-step overrides.
